I was standing at the Quy Nhon - Song Cau pass and looked down the Quy Hoa beach and it is the longest beach and the most beautiful at the the region but you must be careful when you swimming and diving at there because the sea water move complex with the various directions and create the rip currents where is located between two waves - white foam , if you fall into the rip currents so it will be rolling you far away , you have to swim to white foam - wave for escaping . A fisher man is applicating the method for going fishing .

This morning is beautiful with the warm sunlight and the sea water is cool and the local people spend more time for funny conversation on the cute beach and enjoying the peaceful time near the waves rolling gently into the shore . Some people walk on the beach for enjoying the feeling buried under foot golden sand and then the sea wave lapping against to shore and strong footprints washed away while enjoy the fresh breeze with the cute dogs . I visit a small beach for diving and watching other world under surface of the glittering sea .
